Good Hope Primary School

Project consists of ground-up construction with site work and utilities for a new addition to Good Hope Primary School. The building structure includes a foundation block with slab-on-grade, exterior CMU walls, cold-formed metal roof trusses, brick veneer, and shingle roofing.

The building will include a storm shelter with a hollow-core elevated slab and FEMA-rated doors and windows. The interior is comprised of CMU and metal stud walls, sheetrock, acoustical ceilings, aluminum storefront entry doors and windows, ceramic tile, LVT, and cove base. Laminate casework will be installed throughout the classrooms and workroom areas.

Expected building turnover for owner occupancy is Summer 2026.
