Lincoln Police Department

The project consists of a new ground-up police department and courtroom facility for the City of Lincoln, including site work and utilities. The building structure features a monolithic slab with structural metal studs, pre-engineered wood roof trusses, brick and stone veneer with EIFS banding, and standing seam metal roofing.

The building will include a storm shelter constructed with structural steel and elevated metal decking, equipped with FEMA-rated doors and windows. The interior consists of metal stud walls, acoustical ceilings, aluminum storefront entry doors and windows, ceramic tile, vinyl and hardwood flooring, and polished concrete with epoxy terrazzo at the entrance.

Expected building turnover for owner occupancy is December 2026.
