Trophy Power Sports

Trophy Power Sports is a subsidiary of Big #1 Motorsports and will bring their full range of motorcycles, side-by-sides, Sea-Doos, and more to Trussville. This is a negotiated project, with DDBC acting as the site and shell contractor.

The project consists of ground-up construction with site work, retaining walls, a septic system, and other utilities for a new build. The building structure includes a monolithic slab with a pre-engineered metal building. The PEMB features architectural elements using several wall colors, parapets, and a gable entry. Accenting the entry is an extended metal stud frame with Nichiha wall panels.

The interior wall framing and finishes are being completed by the owner. All fire protection, power, and under-slab rough-in work is completed by DDBC.

The expected building turnover for the owner’s use is anticipated for March 1, 2026.
